It’s very important to make sure you’re not paying for ‘thin air’ this is why we can offer our customers a shelf rate as well as a single or double rack rate.
Ensuring the shelving is adjustable for height is critical to getting the most out of your space and then also taking the time to stack shelves neatly, logically, and orderly so that everything can be found quickly and minimising the risk of any potential errors.
Products that look similar, but are not, should be placed in different locations to avoid any unnecessary picking or re-shelving mistakes. If barcoding isn’t a cost-effective option for you yet, then numerical systems can work extremely well. We code our products using a price gun, simple but very effective! Especially when it is so easy to code every single item in the warehouse with a single ‘click’.
