Am I tied in?
Not for the free month; nothing to sign and nothing owed if you walk away. If you stay, a rolling contract with three months' notice either side. Larger accounts carry longer, and we tell you which applies before you commit, never after.
Are you big enough for my volumes?
15,000 sq ft of picking space in Rochester, plus 2,000 pallet spaces of bulk storage nearby with next-day call-off. We sit in the South East of the UK, equidistant from all the major ports. Ask us, we would rather be honest about a fit than take on more than we can pack beautifully.
Can I see what's happening to my stock?
Yes. Visit us any time, no appointment needed, or join our live daily Google Meet and watch your own orders being picked and packed. You don't have to take our word for it.
Anything else?
Unbarcoded stock, Amazon alongside your own site, seller fulfilled prime, FBA prep, kitting, B2B: all fine, all normal. Just ask.
