Just to let you know that so far I have been very pleased with how things have gone over the last 4ish months. Communication is good (by email and WhatsApp), the team is very responsive and things get done quickly even when I’m not giving you the notice that I should. We’ve had a few odd requests and a few rush requests and they’ve all been dealt with wonderfully!

Personally, I really appreciate your team’s efforts and hard work. It has made such a difference to me to not be constantly chasing orders and wondering/worrying about what’s happening. And obviously, it’s making a massive difference to running our business smoothly having a warehouse team we can rely on. It has given us the ability to finally implement our growth plans as opposed to fighting to fulfill existing demand and keep in stock!

Just a quick email as the end of our first week with you approaches to say a big thank you.

I appreciate all the effort your team have put in this week to get our initial rush of orders processed, and done well, as well as responding to some adhoc requests that I threw in. It’s obviously critical for us to get our stock in, but also so great that we are able to respond to one of our partners quickly.

Thank you for everything that you have done to support us as we launched on Shopify. You made it so easy and I cannot believe how seamlessly it all works! We have only had two orders so far but both of them have been received and dealt with by you in such a timely manner. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to work with a company like OFEX whom we feel that we can trust with the operations of our business. That goes for the Amazon interactions as well as the recent shopify orders.

The basics, like stock in, out, returns management and so on are all 10/10 but better than that are the things like initiative shown in alerting me to some of my errors rather than just blindly following instructions! Since we have moved our fulfilment to OFEX our product range has doubled and business in December was 3 times the average of a typical month and 2.3 times greater than that of last year. Yet I am only spending about 25% more time operating the business and most of that is self-inflicted admin plus time writing up new product ads. Time spent on order admin is actually now less.

Working with Sam has enabled us to focus much more on the value of adding services we can provide. It sounds very simple, but the team really have provided us with an efficient good value for money service.

I have been using the service for several months now and as a result I have been able to concentrate on growing my business further without the concern of managing the day to day dispatching, which arises from our web based sales platform.
